Elber lives in an indigenous Mayan, jungle community in Guatemala with his parents and two siblings. This community is very remote and does not offer access to electricity or infrastructure for water and sewage. Health care is difficult to access. Recently an integrated, bilingual preschool was built and offers education for children with and without disabilities incorporating Spanish and the local Mayan dialect. Your sponsorship will contribute towards Elber's education, nutritional support, clothing, and medical treatment as necessary.
