Feedback & Complaints Resolution

To get better at what we do, Karis Disability Services wants to hear from you! We welcome feedback from anybody. Feedback can be general, positive or negative. We would also like to hear about how we can make things better, or if you have any new ideas for us to try. Anyone who is interested in making things better at Karis Disability Services will be told about this policy in a way they can understand.

Karis Disability Services might request feedback through surveys, interviews, or group meetings where ideas are discussed together.  These activities will follow certain rules to make sure that each person is protected, privacy is maintained, and that people who choose to provide feedback do not experience any harm or negativity for sharing their ideas or experiences.

You can share your feedback, ideas and complaints with us as well.  You can reach us:

The information you share will be collected by the Karis Disability Services employee who receives the idea, concern or complaint, and the person who sent the information will be notified that their information was received within one business day, using the contact information provided.

All comments and information will be taken seriously and will be shared without telling anyone who the information came from. You do not need to tell us who you are.  But, if you would like us to call you back, we will need your name, phone number or email.  Karis Disability Services will work to make sure that you do not experience any harm from sharing your thoughts or information.

If a person providing ideas to make things better has provided their name and phone number or email, they will receive a response within three business days (not Saturdays or Sundays).

Karis Disability Services invites current employees and volunteers to provide feedback through existing procedures and structures within the employment or volunteer relationship.

Each year, everybody’s feedback, concerns, and complaints are reviewed together to see how we can make things better, especially in our services. We also share this information with our Board of Directors.
