Bringing Hope to Haiti

Since our last newsletter in the spring, Kenya and other countries have begun their UN-backed mission to help quell the gang violence in Haiti. As you may know, Haiti has been facing a humanitarian crisis due to gang activity and political turmoil since 2021.

Your Support in Action

Near Haiti’s capital in Port-au-Prince, many children are sponsored through our local partners, the United Brethren in Christ Church. Over the last three years, most families in Cité Soleil have fled due to rampant violence. Despite the hope that Kenya’s presence would significantly change the situation, the gangs have continued to gain strength and more territories.

Your Donations Make A Difference

Though there were a few disruptions, we are still able to send your much-needed funds to your sponsored children in Haiti. Your donations are more important than ever.

Thus says the Lord of hosts: Old men and old women shall again sit in the streets of Jerusalem, each with staff in hand because of great age. And the streets of the city shall be full of boys and girls playing in its streets.

(Zechariah 8:4-5 ESV)
