Marcos lives in a indigenous Mayan, jungle community with his his parents and five siblings. His community is very remote and does not offer access to electricity or infrastructure for water and sewage. Health care is difficult to access. Through sponsorship and other development projects in the area - a new, integrated preschool has been built that offers bilingual education for children with and without disabilities alike. Marcos participates in this preschool and attends the community church.
