Thank you for another great year with Karis Disability Services! On September 26, 2026, Karis hosted its Annual General Meeting (AGM) virtually and in-person in Kitchener, ON. At our AGM, we were joined by government, church, and organization partners, employees, people who use services, and donors.

Karis is proud to work with amazing partners in so many places. At our AGM, we were honoured to be joined in-person by Member of Parliament Kelly DeRidder, and Waterloo Regional Councillor (and former Karis employee) Chantal Huinink. Virtually, we heard greetings from Member of Provincial Parliament for Waterloo Catherine Fife, Ontario's Minister of Children, Community and Social Services Michael Parsa, Saskatchewan's Minister of Social Services Terry Jensen, and Member of Parliament Bardish Chaggar.
Rev. Terry Jensen, lead pastor at Bayview Glen church in Toronto, ON spoke to us about "The Ripple of One," and the great impact we can make with even the smallest of actions.
