Abenet lives with his parents and brother in a small town in the Oromia region of Ethiopia. His father works as a daily labourer on other people’s farms but does not earn a sufficient income to provide enough food and meet the needs of the family. Abenet has a physical disability that affects his one leg and has gone to school sporadically. He is currently in grade 3. Your sponsorship will create a source of financial stability for Abenet and his family. Your support will contribute to school tuition, nutritional support, clothing, and medical treatment and help support inclusive programs in his community.
